FW coat

Do you find yourself having trouble looking for the perfect coat that will keep you warm and at the same time look stylish? Shopping for a winter coat can be challenging for many of us, as it’s hard to find that neutral balance between functional and fashionable without looking like a marshmallow. Bundling up for the winter months may seem less sexy, but not to worry we have created a guideline on different styles of fall/winter coats that will fit any body type. Scroll down the list as you’ll get to learn which coats will suit you and where you can get it for less.

Busty
DO NOT wear double breasted coats (such as the pea coat), you’re chest will pull the buttons and it’ll look like you added a few extra pounds of weight around that area. Find a coat that’s single-breasted, open-collar with a wrap and long – the cleaner and more sleek the less attraction to the chest.
Avoid buttons and pockets around the bust area.

Pear
Find a coat that will draw the attention above the waistline and hides everything below the waist. A belted coat and a few add-on details at the top such as ruffles or lapels will definitely grasp the attention above.
Avoid wearing a long coat as it’ll look heavier at the bottom.

Curvy
Tailored and fitted coats works best for the hourglass figure as it places emphasis on the waistline while keeping the rest of the body looking slim. You can go either long or short and add a belt to enhance the figure.
Avoid wearing any a-line styles or short bomber coats, it will hide your figure.
