When it comes to handbags it is assumed that us ladies are used to carrying oddly shaped and various sized handbags. However, when we first saw the LV Papillon purse being worn by Lauren Conrad our initial thoughts were – “How would we style/carry such a bag? And if we did, how weird would we look?” The general shape alone also brought thoughts of “How much can we actually fit in this bag? Is it practical enough?” With all these questions looming, we couldn’t help ourselves – we had to get this bag!
Like we always do when we’re on the hunt – we looked online to see which of our primary consignment boutiques could possibly have this unique LV purse in stock and on hand. After spending some time searching away we manage to locate it at one of our favourite shops within Toronto, and let’s just say when we arrived to pick it up it was literally love at first sight! Given it’s shape – this bag sat comfortably over our shoulders, and under our arms. As for whether this bag was practical – let’s just say the shape and size is deceiving as it gets, as we managed to fit all of our daily essentials without any hassles.
So, with that being said scroll down and see how we sisters turned this uniquely shaped LV Papillon purse into two simple but yet diverse outfits – from classy work attire down to a chill out chic jumper!
