I’m not as adventurous as my sister Linh, and because I work in the office I like to keep my outfits simple, classy and more neutral. I find myself sticking to black and white hues; as I find this colour combo to be appealing and tends to look good on everyone. My go-to outfits for this summer are: monochromatic from head to toe, a pair of high heels, a bold coloured accessory paired with the iconic Birkin bag.

Tips: Black and white can come off as being understated colours for summer but, when you add some patterns and graphics it‘ll become that statement outfit. Do keep in mind to add some bold accessories to your outfit to give it that summer feel while adding that colour pop which is essential this time of the year.

As an ECE teacher, I’m always looking to wear comfy and casual clothing during the week – as the job does call for it. However when it comes to my weekends, I tend to dress up a little bit while maintaining that comfy aspect. My go-to outfits for this summer are: floral prints from head to toe, crop tops, layered necklaces and a pair of sneaker wedges along with the iconic Birkin bag.

Tips: Summer is all about colours and patterns so, don’t shy away from colourful bold floral prints and start having fun with your wardrobe.
