How to Look Blazing Hot in a Blazer

Recently I have been experimenting more with my wardrobe and going out of my comfort zone. I have decided that I want to add a blazer to my closet because I feel like it is a pretty practical and staple piece to have; it can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion and are super cute. One of the first things I do when I take interest in adding a piece to my wardrobe is seeing the different ways I can wear it and experiment with different textures and layering options. Usually, a great way for me to do this is getting on Pinterest and drawing inspiration from other people’s outfits then adding my own twist to it!

This outfit is amazing because I feel like the blazer is really the focal point of the entire look. It stands out and compliments the black elements of the outfit. This look is effortless and doesn’t look like she is trying too hard to pull off the blazer, and is oversized enough to look elegant, yet casual. This outfit is appropriate for a day time activity like brunch, and is transitional even into the evening if you’re doing cocktails!

One of the reasons I love the idea of a blazer is because there are so many ways you can make it look cool. For example, pairing your blazer with a pair of your favourite jeans and stacked jewellery! If you’re never sure about what the vibe is when you’re going out, this is the perfect outfit because if it’s a more casual environment then you can remove the blazer.

Again, this look is super casual. Pairing a blazer with a band tee may seem a little strange but it works! This look still looks put together, but it is perfect for those days where you don’t feel like putting in too much effort into your look (which, is literally me, always). I love looks like this because it’s risky, but if you dare pull it off, you have just added to the plethora of possibilities for an everyday look!

This outfit really showcases how versatile a blazer really can be. Up until this point, I feel like we have been showing you a lot of square-patterned blazers, but nothing as light as this light blue blazer. I think it is super light and playful and really brightens up this outfit. I love that she has stuck with lighter pieces to compliment the rest of the outfit such as a plain white tee, white runners and a light wash jean. If you are looking for something similar, we have this beautiful Iris Setlakwe Blazer with Leather Collar that would be perfect as a casual or more formal piece to add to your wardrobe!

Victoria Beckham knows how to pull off any look and is a fashion icon so it is no surprise that she can pull off this look without her body getting lost in the sauce here. In comparison to the last look, I would say this outfit is perfect for an office environment. It is super simple yet professional because of the clean colour palette. The choice of a darker wash jean make the look professional.

This outfit super understated. It’s something that I would wear when going to an interview or to work. I love the high waisted pleated office pant with a thin black belt. It is very simple and is not overly feminine. The blazer over a simple t-shirt and pant combo really pull this look together for a great everyday office look.
